The System Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational goals. They work closely with stakeholders and development teams to create efficient, user-centered systems. The role involves documentation, requirements gathering, benchmarking, creation of UI/UX prototypes, acceptance criterias, and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet both business and user expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate research studies into modules, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Create easy to understand UI Prototypes that match the requirements specified.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and stakeholders.
- Conduct benchmarking, testing, and evaluation of systems and websites.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and adherence to design systems and standards.
- Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and team collaboration.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system performance.
- Apply critical thinking, ethical considerations, and problem-solving in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of business processes, documentation, and requirement analysis.
- Attention to detail and a user-centered mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with UI/UX principles and usability testing.
