As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for processing various business sales and project initiation.
You are expected to practice customer relations, sales closing initiatives, project sourcing and bid preparations, and support/maintenance telemarketer.
Duties:
- Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products, their working, and
their pros and cons - Sending technical specifications to potential buyers along with the sales
quotes - Improving sales by attracting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, and
following company-generated leads. - Conducting customer needs analysis and presenting the customer with
possible solutions - Understanding a product’s functionality and possible problems and figuring
out a way to handle them - Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer
- Assisting the sales department
- Providing technical expertise on products and/or service
- Taking part in exhibitions, conventions, and other events to help in the sales
of products and/or service - Sending proposals to clients.
- Answering customer inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following
up on clients.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily
understandable. - Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
- Reporting to management about sales made.
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office / Google Suites.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related
field is advantageous.
